Deliveries are made daily from Mondays to Saturdays, between 10am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on all Sundays and public holidays.

For new purchase:
In most cases, delivery of mattress is free if it is within normal handling. Where delivery is beyond normal handling (such as requirement for crane service, additional manpower and delivery by stairway), delivery charges will be subject to case-by-case basis. Delivery cancellation after confirmation:
Cancellation for confirm delivery 1 days before delivery date.

Surcharge for Same-day Delivery:
